Our lead program, VT3989, is being evaluated as a potential new treatment for people with advanced mesothelioma, where better options are urgently needed.

Building on clinical data from its Phase 2 program, Vivace is preparing to advance VT3989 into a Phase 3 study. Our aim is to deliver a meaningful new treatment option for patients while establishing YAP/TEAD inhibition as a potentially important new approach in cancer care.

Phase 3 ready clinical development across multiple oncology indications and tumor types validates the potential of VT3989

VT3989, Vivace’s lead compound, uniquely inhibits TEAD binding to YAP/TAZ, therefore blocking YAP/TEAD mediated transcription.
This approach has produced an excellent safety profile and durable anti-tumor response while maximizing efficacy in 3rd line Mesothelioma and has potential in earlier lines of treatment.
VT3989 has been granted Orphan Drug and Fast-Track designations and will enter phase 3 studies in Pleural Mesothelioma in late 2026.
