Chief Business and Strategy Officer
Ellen Lubman, M.B.A., currently serves as Chief Business and Strategy Officer of Vivace Therapeutics. Prior to joining Vivace Therapeutics, Ms. Lubman served as Chief Business Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Werewolf Therapeutics, where she was a member of the Executive Committee and led strategic partnerships and corporate transactions totaling nearly $1.5 billion in potential value including the company’s Initial Public Offering. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lubman held senior business development leadership roles where she led partnering strategies, financings, and strategic initiatives, including serving as Chief Business Officer of Impel NeuroPharma, Vice President of External Science & Innovation at Allergan plc, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Kadmon Pharmaceuticals and Group Director of Strategic Transactions at Bristol Myers Squibb, and having started her career in Equity Research at Robertson Stephens. Ms. Lubman currently serves on the Investment Banking Advisory Board of Oppenheimer & Co. and on the Board of Directors of Reunion Neuroscience and Cytovation ASA. Ms. Lubman earned her M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business with a focus on Global Management, Certification in Pharmacology at UMDNJ-NJ Medical School and B.A. in Biology from Rutgers College.
